Professional lawn care & proven pest control

I have used multiple lawn services in the past and they have been ok but when I switched to TNT in 2015 I've never looked back! Last August (2025) we bought a new home and the previous owners had never treated their yard. It was full of weeds and bare spots everywhere. I called TNT and the next day started treatment, it was also suggested I have it aerated and that was a huge game changer. Now every yard in the neighborhood has burnt, dead grass, I can say we arguably have the nicest, greenest, healthiest grass/yard! Let TNT do their part, all you have to do is water and mow it! Thanks so much it's well worth it and very competitive pricing!

Austin and Brad provided excellent pest control service today. They treated everything well and passed along information about an area for us to watch to make sure treatment eradicates the insects. Let me know to call back if we need another treatment in 2 weeks. Stopping to educate me was truly appreciated!!! Look forward to seeing these guys again.

We’ve been a customer of Top Notch Turf for 2 years and have been delighted with the services their team provides. This spring our Zoysia grass had a rare fungus. Tony Jenkins has pleasantly and quickly responded to my calls and made multiple extra visits to apply various treatments. The problem is solved now but Zoysia grows slowly so today Tony found the small amount of sod necessary to patch the damaged area. He spent the afternoon laying it himself.
This quality of service is rare and we couldn’t be happier with the excellent care TNT is providing.

Austin M. Provided exceptional service, was very helpful and knowledgeable. They were able to work me in for a pest treatment last minute. Had fire ants showing up in my kids rooms. He came in and took care of the issue and the rest of the house.
